Mentre l'Impero prosegue con la sua conquista dell'Universo, Lafiel viene nominata Ambasciatrice Territoriale e viene inviata nel sistema Lobnass II, per conto delle Forze Stellari. Ovviamente non sarà sola ma ad accompagnarla ci sarà Jinto, designato come il vice ambasciatore territoriale. Ad attenderli li aspetta però una bella sorpresa: il pianeta veniva usato dall'Umanità Unita come prigione, divisa in 3 settori in cui sono ospitati un milione di prigionieri tra i più pericolosi in circolazione. Rivolte, tradimenti e una nuova flotta nemica metteranno a dura prova la calma di Jinto e la freddezza di Lafiel.
